What Is the Ideal Morning Ritual?
It is one that encapsulates brain training, such as reading, writing, drawing, brain games (software), etc. (These are just some basic examples, find what helps you the most).
Physical exertion is the next practice. This can come in the form of weightlifting, calisthenics, stretching/mobility, sprints and so on. Make sure to get a good sweat going, and move your body in dynamic ways, not just linear.
Then finally, meditation, such as TM, guided, chakra or my new favorite, binaural beats.
Of course there are other variations that you can implement and I URGE you to experiment, but when in doubt, follow the THREE practices mentioned above and you will find a great deal of benefit in all aspects of your life.
Keep all activities 15 min to 1 hour in duration depending on the level of importance to you, and your schedule.
It’s just the morning, not your whole day, keep it simple and sustainable. We are in this for the LONG HAUL, not for instant withdrawal because of an abrupt overload.
