In my late teens I was diagnosed with chronic inflammation throughout my back, this prevented me from simple everyday tasks and at times debilitating me to the point where getting out of bed was a painful process. Since then I have taken nutrition and physical training to a whole new level of self-awareness and discipline to reconstruct myself. I believe that what you ingest and how you move throughout each day represent your greatest assets in life: mental focus and physical energy.
